What? God asked me to do "this thing"!

These past two weeks have been the most exhausting and challenging moments for me. It all started last week when Noah got the severe stomach flu, causing him a lot of discomfort with constant vomiting and diarrhea. To make sure he could recover properly, I not only moved to sleep on the couch but also took over teaching all of his classes and performances.

Among these tasks, the biggest challenge for me was organizing a singing performance with nearly 30 elderly people at the nursing home. Besides quickly building good relationships with them, I also had to lead the performance as a substitute teacher. Since I'm not good at communicating with older people, I felt really nervous. I didn't know if I'd face a similar bad experience as last time.

During the morning traffic jam, I was listening to Pastor Kou's sermon about “Don’t be afraid, just believe.” It filled me with courage, and I told myself: "You won't know if you can do it unless you try. So, go ahead and give it a shot!" Thanks to the Lord, I completed the performance with this positive belief, and regardless of whatever feedback they gave me afterward, I know I already did my best.
